Vivek has over 20+ years of experience working with multiple governments and global tech companies and a proven track record of successfully helping organization to deliver and grow faster.With a background in Sales and steady State Service Delivery for Cybersecurity/ IT Infrastructure and operations (Global Service Desk, NOC, SOC, Systems Support), Firewalls,IPS,SIEM,DLP, Database Security, Identity and Access management, Network (LAN,WAN and Unified communication)Project Delivery & Support and Pre-sales work. Transition Planning and executions.Vivek has proven proficiency in ITIL Framework, ISO 20000 & 27001 standards, Six Sigma Methodologies, SOX and Project Audit skills ( Wipro, Indian Navy, Paramount, etc). Vivek brings in hands on experience through due diligence, Requirement Finalization, Project Scoping, Task Break down, Effort & Time Estimation, Costing & Project Budgeting, Resource Allocation, Scheduling, Risk Management and Execution Control Planning/Monitoring.
